  • At least 5 yards of space to move

  • 5 dots either drawn or taped to the ground like the 5 side of a dice. 2 feet apart wide, 3 feet length with dots at corners and in the middle

  • 4 or more beach towels taped together, or a 5 lb weight or a battle rope
