You will be WITH A TRAINER with every workout! We will take you through our training program, build your base, and progress you through our system. STEP TWO:

2. How does the virtual training work?
Our live workouts are through Zoom at the times below. Just login and follow the coaches' instructions! We will work with whatever equipment or household items you have at home. Our On Demand workouts can be done anytime, just follow our workout tutorials we have posted on our website!

4. If I am out of shape can I still do the program?
Yes, we have modifications for every exercise and we can scale the workouts to your fitness level!
 
5. Does this program include a nutrition plan too?
YES! Included is a step by step nutrition plan to maximize your results!

 
6. What Type of Training Do You Do?
iDEAL Fitness has a unique training model that we have developed that is both safe and effective.
 
7. How much does it cost to enter?
  • The basic entry fee is $137 ($107 until 9/6/20!) and you'll receive everything mentioned above! 6 personal training sessions! and you'll receive everything in the basic entry plus ($297 until 9/6/20) Our Super Slim Package is $337

    9. Is this challenge for women only or can my husband/boyfriend/male friend sign up too?
    This challenge is for everyone! Our program has been equally successful for men and women!

We will kickoff on 9/12/20 and end on 10/24/20
11. When are the group training sessions?
Monday-Thursday- 6:15am, 9:00am, 5:30pm and 6:30pm
Friday-6:15am and 9:00am
Saturday: 8:30am
