The base of our training program.

You will be WITH A TRAINER with every workout! We will take you through our training program, build your base, and progress you through our system. You'll get stronger, melt fat and tone up. PLUS you'll be able to track your own progress, avoid plateaus, and keep seeing results beyond just your 6 weeks.

STEP TWO: 

iDEAL NUTRITION PLAN

We will go over exactly how and what you should be eating. We make necessary adjustments as needed to ensure you see results throughout the 6 weeks!

STEP THREE: 

ACCOUNTABILITY

Not only is our team available for you while you are in the gym, but we'll be in constant contact outside of training hours to make sure you're following our program outside the gym! There will also be a daily sign-in and periodic check-ups to celebrate your success and keep you on track.

STEP FOUR: 

 BURN WORKOUTS

Not your average workout! Say good bye to your monotonous treadmill runs. You'll be moving in all planes of motion and boosting your metabolic rate for up to 72 hours post workout! Supervised by a trainer at all times, you're heart will get pumping with our specialized interval workouts! You'll be able to make sure you're hitting the Blue Flame Zone with your brand new heart rate monitor!

Yes, we have modifications for every exercise and we can scale the workouts to your fitness level!
4. Does this program include a nutrition plan too?
YES! Included is a step by step nutrition plan to maximize your results!
5. What Type of Training Do You Do?
iDEAL Fitness has a unique training model that we have developed that is both safe and effective.
6. How much does it cost to enter?
  • The basic entry fee is $137 ($117 until 9/1/21!) and you'll receive everything mentioned above!
  • Our Super Slim Package is $337 ($297 until 9/1/19) and you'll receive everything in the basic entry plus 6 personal training sessions!
    7.Is this challenge for women only or can my husband/boyfriend/male friend sign up too?
    This challenge is for everyone! Our program has been equally successful for men and women!

9. How do you determine the grand prize winner?

The individual with the biggest percent change in inches lost from waist, thighs and hips.

10. When does this program run?

We will kickoff on 9/11/21 and end on 10/23/21
11. When are the group training sessions?
Monday-Thursday- 6:15am, 9:00am, 5:30pm and 6:30pm
Friday-6:15am and 9:00am
Saturday: 8:30am
