As a society we've become lazy with preparing food and just go for the quick fix.Take the time to read your labels, prepare your food and sit down and eat as a family. Your kids will thank you when they don't have diabetes in their teens. NOT A JOKE. I had a doctor tell me recently that diabetes (type 2) used to be a disease for people only their 50s and up. Now we have teenagers being diagnosed with diabetes as a result of the garbage they are putting in their bodies and due to the severe lack of activity our children get.
