3. If my child has never worked out before can she/he still do the program?
Yes! We will start your athlete off with the basics. Their training will become more complex as your athlete progresses.
4. Does this program include a nutrition plan too?
YES! We will provide your athlete with sample meal plans and educate them on the importance of sports nutrition.
5. Is this Crossfit?
No. iDEAL Fitness uses a training model that was created in the Nation's Top Rated Athlete Training facility.
6. How much does it cost to enter?
Month to month-$140, 3-months-$120/month,12-month commitment-$97/month(3 month in season freeze for 12-month commitment.) 10% discount when you register by 10/27/18

8. Who will be designing and coaching these sessions?
The Athlete Performance Program will be designed and overseen by a former college athlete/Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.

Train safe and smart with our iDEAL Performance Program.
Building on a solid athletic foundation while staying focused on each athlete's individual goals. Athletes will be closely supervised as our coach takes them through an intense 60-minute workout with attention always being paid to proper technique and safety. Their training becomes progressively more challenging once basic techniques have been mastered.
Our Performance Program Includes:
SPEED - Acceleration, Deceleration, Linear and Lateral Movement Techniques,
EXPLOSIVE POWER - Olympic Lifting(when appropriate), Plyometrics, Medicine Ball Training
STRENGTH – A functional total body approach used in college and professional programs.
FLEXIBILITY - Myofascial Release, Various Forms of Stretching, Muscle Activation
INJURY REDUCTION - Identify & Correct Muscular Imbalances, Balance & Stabilization
